I preorder my medication 14 days in advance through lloyds direct. What I can't quite understand is how a service provided by Lloyd's themselves gets ignored by this pharmacy. I've never known anything like it. I'm told by Lloyd's direct that this Lloyd's pharmacy will let me know when to pick up my medication. I get nothing. No message, then when I arrive and tell them I've ordered through Lloyd's direct. They ask me for my NHS number holding up the que behind me and then tell me they only have half of what I need in stock. I'm am absolutely fed up to the back teeth of it. When I order my medication 14 days in advance I expect for that medication to be ready. 14 DAYS is more then enough time to get it sorted. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service and the wait time what are they doing back there? Measuring each tablet?

Can only reiterate previous comments. Today waited outside in cold for 20 mins to get in only to be told not ready and would be 10 minutes. Along with 4 other people ,ahead of me, and all told 10 minutes, we waited outside again for best part of another 20 mins. This was for a repeat prescription which had been approved the week before not a drop in. For the last year the prescription has never been ready - no matter how long you give them - and usually involves a 20 min wait. Am voting with my feet and changing pharmacy even though this one is far nearer !
