Been using this pharmacy for years. The staff are so rude it is hard to believe they work public facing. I never never experienced such terrible customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves.

After just being prescribed for the first time blood pressure tablets the pharmacist said she would follow up to see how I was doing on this medication this she said would also help as I would be able to ask her any questions and she would be able to advise me. I was very nervous about taking these tablets. There has been no communication after 2 months. Why tell customers you will check their progress when you have absolutely no intention. Last time I was here it took three members of staff searching for half an hour to find the drugs that I had ordered online.
Today the pharmacy was full of customers whose prescriptions had gone missing.
I was able to pick up half the drugs and given a receipt to collect the remainder next week. They often seem to run out of stock.
One elderly customer who looked like she had cancer seemed very worried that her prescription had gone missing.
