i had an appointment booked for a flu jab (15/10/2021). turned up in good time to be told that they didnt have anybody to administer it. I asked if i would get another appointment and was told i would have to re book! So back of the queue-But no guarantees that they would again have anybody to administer it! I asked why they didnt inform me that the appointment had been cancelled? The response was that i had been sent an email informing of cancellation. Definitely did not receive an email and nor did my partner who had also booked for the monday,- but they insisted that we were sent emails. Felt as if we were being accused of lying On leaving the pharmacy i did receive an email reminder that my appointment was due shortly.!!! What !!! I know things sometimes fall down but they were less than helpful |

I am on a repeat prescription which I always collect from Lloyd’s as it’s the nearest pharmacy in walking distance from my home. Several times, I’ve submitted my repeat prescription request via the NHS website. On various occasions I have been in to try to collect (several days after submitting request) and it has not been ready to collect. The flimsy excuse I get is that they blame my GP surgery, even though the request goes direct to the pharmacy from the NHS website. Not terribly impressive. |

I am on a repeat prescription that I collect every 28 days. I went to collect and the young man who looked to be on work experience couldn't find it. He asked his older colleague, who also looked; he found the prescription paperwork but it had not been prepared for collection, as is the case every time I go in. Luckily I had some shopping to do so wasn't hanging around. They also didn't have the full quantity of medication I required for my prescription, so I will need to speak to my GP surgery about whether I need a 'one-off' to get me all the meds I need to get me through to the next one.
