Every time I get a prescription sent to this chemist,no matter what day it is it is never ready 1/10 for customer service 1/10 for thinking ahead and getting the prescriptions done and ready to collect when the text notification says it’s ready. ??

I find the staff at Boots, Concorde Way, Dukinfield to be totally incompetent. They say a prescription will be ready at a certain time, it never is, they rarely answer the phone. Who the hell is running this place. I have to change Chemist, soon.

I use Boots concord way very often as it is local and convient as i am registered at the practice around the corner. I feel everytime i go round it is a struggle they either have nothing in stock or they have not got the prescription ready. I have been round to boots today AM to drop a number of printed prescriptions off early in the morning and asked if they could be ready to collect for half 4, i have been round to the chemist to collect the prescriptions i had dropped of in the morning to wait in the chemist 30 minutes because the prescription are still not ready. I feel this is very unprofessional as i have come out of work to collect this prescriptions and it is not ready. They was alos other customers in the shop complaining about the same thing.
