The Store manager or pharmacist at this declining store were fine, great and have known me for years. What was not acceptable was the poor staff with little pharmaceutical knowledge apart from asking after my earring was quite pathetic. Just thought people in the Whitley Bay area deserve better to know the truth about my experience here. Waited in total to sort and despatch 3 tablets 1.5 hour. | ||||||

I use this Pharmacy as it is next to my health centre. However since it reopened as Boots some years ago, maybe 8 years, it has provided a poor service.
Virtually every time I have gone there for my prescription, or my wife or my late wife's something is short and I have to return once or twice to obtain the balance. I have had to delay going away because of this several times. It has been every time this year
The prescriptions are for widely used drugs for Gout, Thyroxine, or female contraception pills used by millions a year.
Can I go elsewhere I can but the nearby Boots which is what we have are no better. Further once they have started and told me they dont have them, they will not give me the prescription back.
Further every time I go in there is the same issue for other customers.
