Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.
Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Very helpful team especially their repeat prescription service, which I would recommend to anyone who is on regular medications. They sourced the only brand of my particular medication that suits me, whereas Heathgate Medical practice refused and insisted they could only supply me with a brand that gives me severe side affects. I do pay for my prescriptions and appreciate the time the people in this pharmacy have spent helping me. They are always courteous, bright and cheerful and do a great job. Original Comment Report...

We make many demands each month on this pharmacy and have never been let down. On one occasion when our surgery had probably repeated the order for drugs the pharmacy phoned us to explain what we needed to do. One of us has had two efficient reviews of our medication carried out in private, quickly and tactfully.
Staff are always pleasant even if they look as if they have a great deal to do. I hope they get paid appropriately well. Original Comment Report...

drugs delivered which were dangerous, delivered and not asked for. dosset not made up and refused to deliver to housebound patient. member of staff very rude to me, telephone line permanetly switched to fax machine so unable to contact.i had a call from chemist to ask for the aformentioned drugs to return them, fortunately they had not been taken, verdict dangerous and a shambles, referring complaint to head office Original Comment Report...
