Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.
Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Attended today nervously for vaccine booster . Whole experience from start to finish was exceptional fast and reassuring . Lovely pharmacist put us completely at ease and the atmosphere in the pharmacy was one of calm and positivity . Layout was clear, location great near car park cafes etc and I was very impressed . Probably best I have been to ever .

This Pharmacy takes care of ordering and delivering my medication has done for along time. I have had a number of issues regards this pharmacy not full filling what they are suppose to do. The medication i take when i miss a dose i get very poorly . Im a single mum and cant cope with being poorly due to not having meds. I made a official complaint after months of poor below average service, this i thought rectified it but again im out of medication and they havent done what they say they they can provide. I called and spoke to a man and was told its not his usual store agreed they were incompetent and had no clue why the staff couldnt do the job they are meant to do. Shocking from a team member but also satisfying he sees the incompetence in failing to provide a service thats been going well for some months. Im now going to be in withdrawals (pain meds controlled drug) again due to this appalling service . Id love for a senior managment to get in touch so they can tell me why again im left in withdrawal cause of there pharmacy . I called and arranged my focs to do emergency script lsdt night at 5.35pm they sent it last night im still sat waiting for my meds unable tp drive die to withdrawal from meds and anxieties through roof . Disgusting how this keeps happening and im continually told it wont happen again Original Comment Report...

Attended today for vacine booster feeling very nervous . Whole experience was exceptional from start to finish . Welcoming fast and the lovely pharmacist put us both completely at ease taking time to reassure and explain . Staff were great to all the customers waiting and the atmosphere was one of calm . Excellent layout and in a great location too next to cafes shops car park etc . Brilliant really .
