Prescription printed on 30th May rang up 1st June to find when it was coming phone picked up then put back this happened several times then answered person on end of phone very unhelpfully saying very bissy would deliver by 4.00pm. No delivery. Rang several times phone not answered phone then picked up then put down rang surgery for help they had same problem they also had been trying all day. Whent to see if could collect several other customers were having issues. Member of staff not very helpful and another customer commented on staff members attitude to customers.

Terrible!!!! One Staff member in particular should learn some social skills and decorum! Dancing around, showing off and being generally loud and overbearing is not what you need when wanting advice or simply to pick up a prescription and then be totally cut off and ignored when another customer comes in that they know and for their benefit the whole embarrassing show begins again! Totally and utterly cringe worthy. If I wanted my issues and concerns to be broadcast in such a vulgar and crass manner I would ask them to do so! I'm sure there are many people that find this over the top attitude to be acceptable but in an environment that requires a little self control and modesty this member of staff lacks it all! Maybe a little less of the clown act and more staff training in how to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner would benefit this lady in particular. A smile and a quiet "how may I help" is sometimes all that is needed. Less is definitely more!
