Last week I asked the pharmacist if she had my medication in stock. She said it was but I needed a new prescription from my gp. I organised this but it went straight to pharmacy 2u who had no stock. On Monday I took the code to the pharmacy on the way to my chemo appointment . The receptionist shouted to the pharmacist who with her back to me said she hadn’t spoken to anyone the receptionist repeated this as if I couldnt hear or see her she also said ‘this has happened four times it’s nothing to do with us’ I asked if she could spare 5 minutes to explain but she repeated she hadn’t spoken to anyone . There were no other customers the attitude and service is a disgrace. When I rang to speak to the manager she said ‘I’ll give you a number you’re just going to complain anyway’ I have no idea how patients cope with this negative ,rude attitude from all the staff in this pharmacy it’s a shame they have a captured audience being next to a gp surgery.i was literally shouted out of the door by the staff !

The staff at this chemists need some training in customer service waited 5 mins before anyone took any notice to me her attitude was disgusting you'll have to wait an hour we are busy I'll go elsewhere next time ASH get a grip on your staff
