In this digital age, all our family prescriptions are sent directly to Shahs pharmacy and for the majority they are dispensed the same day. The staff are extremely friendly, professional and efficient. Covid and flu injections are also administered in privacy by trained and competent personnel. The small compact waiting area is clean and comfortable but never gets too busy due to the efficiency of the Chemist and support staff. Well done and thank you for a brilliant service.

I visited this pharmacy because my usual pharmacy was unable to source a drug which I need to take on a daily basis for a serious lung condition. The very efficient staff took a lot of time and effort to establish that the drug I needed had been withdrawn and I should request a prescription for the same drug but marketed under a different name. Why my usual pharmacy could not find this out remains a mystery. As a result I now take my prescriptions to Shahs. On the first occasion when I took in a prescription for the drug I was very impressed by the speed in which it was obtained. The drug is not carried by pharmacies but needs to be ordered.
