A very busy pharmacy servicing a very large medical practice. We have been using them for 20 years. There will always be glitches but all in all they do a good a job overall. | ||||||

This pharmacy has never had the medicine I have been prescribed. The surgery sends prescriptions there directly although is not a good pharmacy. They never answer the phone either, so that one could check whether the medicine has arrived. Usually takes way longer than they originally estimate. | ||||||

Picked up my prescription today, again items missing, this is the second time in three months, the last time I reported the missing items to the duty manager, her response was to reorder from the surgery, this cost the NHS money because of the bad service from Boots. This afternoon I have been ringing Boots to report the missing items, but they will not answer the phone. | ||||||
