A huge and sincere thank you to the staff and management of P&S Chemist. Recently, they went more than the extra mile to source an obscure medication, needed to treat a serious infection. After many phone calls and discussions, nearly an hour later, they tracked down the tablets, enabling treatment to commence.
The staff are to be congratulated for their persistence and professionalism. I cannot fault their efforts on my behalf. |

The care and service in this pharmacy is absolutely atrocious. I have been using this pharmacy for years and their services have downgraded instead of upgrading. The patient care is unsatisfactory. The staff make huge errors with prescription ordering and leave you stranded without medication for days. When you confront and expect for them to sort the matter out they just respond very robotically with no compassion or empathy. I have now transferred to D P pharmacy who have been providing an excellent service Reply from P and S Chemist Fri, 13 Sep 2019 10:35:02 +0100 All of at P&S Chemist are deeply concerned regarding the experence you had at our pharmacy and that you felt it did not meet our usually high service standards. We take all the services and our customer service provided at the pharmacy extremely seriously and endeavour to fulfil our patient obligations to the best of our abilities in line with the policies as outlined by NHS England. We would like to offer you the opportunity to discuss this matter privately with our Superintendent Pharmacist and manager Shaheen Bhatia at P&S Chemist to assist you in resolving this issue. |

I was in P&S chemist collecting my hay fever tablets when i saw a young boy walk in with his mum. He was struggling to breathe and seemed unwell. The pharmacist came out very quickly and assisted the boy straight away. She opened an inhaler and she gave it to the boy along with some water, she reassured him and made sure that he was comfortable. She also called for an ambulance as his breathing was getting worse. I overheard the boys mum saying that she had just been to the doctors. The ambulance arrived and gave the boy a nebulizer and took him in the ambulance. The pharmacist was very professional, calm and reassuring, she handled the situation very well and ensured that the boy was safe. |
