I have been using this pharmacy for quite some time.
The pharmacy has excellent opening hours, and the staff are always friendly and professional.
A great pharmacy to be highly recommended. Original Comment Report...

Visited the store to collect one prescription item that had been sent EPS from my GP surgery that I had ran out of the night before, waited while the pharmacist went through the back to try and find it. Eventually appeared asked my name and address and given my prescription.
Walked home opened the packet to take my meds only to find I had been given the wrong medication!!!
The meds I had received were in fact the items I had already had 3 weeks previously and NOT the item I was expecting.
I returned to the store, explained to the assistant that I had the wrong item and it was as if it was a common occurrence that items were incorrectly issued.
I was not given an apology but told “oh I realised when you left the store you may have already had that item !!
I work in a GP surgery so I have a reletevly good idea on how meds should be dispenced, checked, checked and checked again. Maybe if I were an older person/ or have some dementia or unsure why or how to take medication it could easily cause a problem as it was BP meds. Original Comment Report...

After I was in doing a quick shop I went to the pharmacy counter to pick up some canesten 2% cream for my partner as he has jock itch and was prescribed it Monday 5th September by a doctor. So we went to the pharmacy Tuesday (couldn't get over Monday night) to pick up the cream and the lovely pharmacist advised us just to buy it as it was cheaper. Tonight I went in to buy another tube as my partner left the tube we got on Tuesday at work. Well the assistant behind the counter was so rude. Wouldn't sell it to me as said I needed a prescription. Even though my partner had one and we didn't even need to use the other day we just purchased it normally. Then I had to wait 15 minutes for the pharmacist to come (I'm 13 weeks pregnant and just been diagnosed with a protein growth problem) to then be asked what jock itch was and that men cannot be prescribed canesten 2%. Neither of them had a clue what the problem was or how upset they made me. Neither of them were professional at all and I really don't think they should be practicing at all. We are going in on Monday to speak to a store manager with the receipt from Tuesday and the prescription for my partner. Even though leaving the tube at work was my partners fault. He now has to go the night suffering even though he was prescribed a medication and is entitled to it. Original Comment Report...
