It is not a regular occurrence for me to take time to write reviews. I will always vocalise my opinion there and then at whichever establishment - which is simply either a "thank you very much, you have been very helpful", or very occasionally a "I will not be visiting again" - or along those lines! However, during my several visits to Abbey Pharmacy, I have always been met with a warm welcome and had my request dealt with swiftly and in a well organised, polite manner. It was particularly important today that I was assisted in this manor, after an unpleasant experience at my surgery - which in all fairness was probably my fault - but regardless, I am a sufferer of mental health conditions and my goodness on a bad day, people like us need a little bit of empathy. It goes a long way! Thank you to the Pharmacy team at Abbey for being naturally discreet, sympathetic and understanding in an atmosphere which is consistently calm. No nonsense! The contrast of this calm environment, to the tension filled stressed atmosphere of the surgery I was coming straight from with my query, is astounding. Abbey Pharmacy is highly recommended by me..
