Visited last week, to ask a few questions but was answered no, no, no, no, no to everything by an unhelpful girl. I have switched now to this pharmacy as this is closer to my work. From the feedbacks, things aren't looking good already. I did email last week asking if they do blister packs, but no reply to my email. :-( Thinking have I made a mistake switching?

This chemist needs consistency too many times. They don’t have my prescription staff always seem to be busy chatting amongst themselves to give proper customer care, opening hours vary too much, on the day I called they were only open for two hours !! I used a different pharmacy and might in future have my meds delivered, saving me lots of time and frustration.

This Chemist is an absolute waste of time, the staff are always messing my repeat prescription up, every time I go to pick up my 2 prescriptions there is always only ever one there, (I have been on a repeat prescription for a long time now and they have not recognised this is a problem,is this not their job to try and sort this problem out for me,is this not what they get paid for?)one member of staff there once when this happened made a phone call to the doctors regarding one of my missing prescriptions,I explained that this is always happening time and time again,on this day I was in a rush I had a hospital appointment to go to and didn't have the time to wait whilst they were on the phone knowing I was in a rush, they began having a conversation with another member of staff ignorantly laughing and joking knowing I was waiting and completly ignored the fact I was getting stressed,because of this appoorling customer service I was very upset and walked out,because of the amount of time they made me wait due to their idle chitchat I missed my hospital appointment and had to wait another 2 months for a appointment which involves a medical condition which causes me a lot of pain!! I find when I take a prescription in there the amount of time a person has to wait whilst they dispense the medication is ridiculous, I don't understand this as at other chemists I never have to wait this long as they concentrate and give the customer one to one customer service,so now when the Doctor gives me a prescription I will travel out of my way to go to another chemist for a better service!. Try giving the staff training!.
