last 3 months hadn’t ordered my repeat prescriptions so never ready. Waiting time ridiculous. Had to go in 6 times over 10 days to pick up my prescription in bits and still wasn’t ready each time. Moving to somewhere who cares about patients and not just the money!! Original Comment Report...

Hi Pete, thanks for your review.
I would like to apologise for the disappointing service and wait times you’ve had. I can assure you this isn’t the level of service we expect for our customers.
I will ensure your feedback is passed on to the Area Manager, who will take any appropriate action found to be necessary. By giving us your feedback you are helping us to understand what we need to focus on improving.
Thanks
Jas

So I pre ordered my prescription on Wednesday said would be ready for Saturday turned up was closed.. I have heart failure and not been able to have my pills for 3 days.. so I gone in today to request my pre order they not had it ready told me 45 min wait so i was extremely unhappy as it was supposed to be ready Saturday.. so when I got my order came home set all pills out to find that my bisoprolol pills only had half as much as it should have then I tried to ring the 0113 2323767 number to have it answered 4 time then put down on me which was leaving me more frustrated so now instead of getting my pills I have to re order with doctor who will send it across to get it re ordered... the service is just unacceptable if I did not have a heart condition I probably would not of complained but it’s serious matter and I don’t see why I should let people get away with poor service any more. Ps the customer service in that pharmacy is not nice but that’s a whole other story... Original Comment Report...

Hi Glenroy
I’m sorry to read about the poor experience you’ve had at this branch and do apologise. I’m concerned that you’ve not received the correct amount of medication and believe this needs to be looked into urgently. Could you please call us on 0345 600 3565 and select option 2 as soon as possible?
Thanks
Jas

I have only used this pharmacy twice as I usually avoid and use a pharmacy further in field, in store the service is extremely slow and waiting times are very lengthy,
I recently made two orders online (these were made on Friday) I was told my items would be ready for collection on the following Tuesday but by Thursday I had hear nothing. After contacting the pharmacy I was told that my items had not been delivered and would likely be sent to my home address. I then sent of an enquirer by email and a short time later was contacted by a very helpful person in Manchester, who advised that the items had in fact been delivered and were ready for collection. I then sort out opening hours for the weekend as I work longer hours on Thursday and Friday, the conflicting information from google opening times and nhs choices made me unsettled so I sort confirmation that my items could be collected on Saturday (over a week since placing my order) I was told that they were open 24hours on Saturday and reduced hours on Sunday. After driving to the pharmacy to excitedly pick up my items which have a massive impact on the appearance of my skin as I have breakouts of cystic acne, I arrived to a store with locked gates and shutters down, my skin has flared up massively this week and will continue to do so without treatment which at times can be very painful and it takes a while to get my skin right after a breakout, but I now have to wait until Monday. 11 days after placing my order.
Will never use this pharmacy again, very very frustrated. I suggest those living close by to use the pharmacy in the local tesco or the boots in Colton. Original Comment Report...
