For the third time in six weeks I have been unable to get the simple over the counter medication I or my husband have needed. These people - the saleswomen and the chemist/pharmacist - seem to specialize in denying medication to people, a stupid way to exercise their 'power' I suppose. Extremely unprofessional people generally. Luckily, I have proper chemists near me but I was in a great hurry so, despite previous experiences I stopped there and alas, my low opinion of them was confirmed. Will never go back there again. I know many people in the area who dislike them and avoid going there. Unfortunately, not everybody can drive themselves elsewhere.

Very rude and incompetent staff.

The majority of staff in this pharmacy are pleasant, professional and helpful. Unfortunately there is one lady who is rude, unprofessional and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Having lived in the village for 40+ years it is disappointing to see someone work there who clearly does not enjoy what she does, and could do with learning some customer service skills if she wants to work in such an environment. This is a much needed local service and we are fortunate to have a pharmacy in the village, it's just a shame you feel like an inconvenience when served by this one particular person. Sadly the management seem to ignore - although it's very obvious to all how rude she is to everyone who walks through the door!
