    I have used this pharmacy for years the previous manager was quite rude,however the current manager mohammed is helpful,polite,and goes to any length to help,I have been in the pharmacy and seen people speak to him like rubbish and he has always said if I can help you I will however people continue to give abuse which I think isn't right, he is under a lot of pressure at times, very busy and I think people should realise this. He is one of the most pleasent people I know, the staff are helpful and I think they are brilliant, laugh and joke with customers, feels like extended family

    I went in today to peacefully resolve an issue regarding my child who is scared, regarding her skin medication, when I went in, the pharmacist in duty shouted, yelled at my daughter, spoke to her as if she was nothing! Very very unacceptable behaviour from a grown man to a child! His name is Mohammad, he was shouting at his female staff! He was trying to confuse me and said to me and everyone “I have no time to resolve ur issue”! I beg all of you to go somewhere else! He is soo rude and likes to bully his staff and patients who are Vulnerable

    I have been using this pharmacy for years and I cannot say that I have ever had a bad experience , the staff are always kind and helpful whether it’s to do with my medication or if it’s helping me with any ailments and questions I may have and the current manager of this pharmacy has always been kind to me and has never given me a chance to complain about anything I can honestly say that manor pharmacy is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used and will continue to do so and I will recommend this pharmacy to all of my friends and family.
