The older woman in there is incredibly rude. No sense of customer service or discretion. She looks down her nose at everyone as if she is better than them. She should learn some manners and respect and she most definitely should not be front of house.

Tried to give me "generic" items instead of what was prescribed by my GP. This appears to be a dangerous practice as side effects for patients with LTC's could end up with difficulty in legal cases with pharmaceutical companies saying that it was not "their" product that was at fault but other manufacturers. Frequently never had the items required in stock for immediate dispensing so a waste of patients time.
