Sir/Madam, I do not frequently write Reviews, preferring to experience retail and commercial outlets and their regular , specialist personnel over the longer term. I happened upon the seemingly paired Reviews, recently, and can only guess that these individuals chose to make their opinions public after, perhaps, a solitary, fleeting visit. That is, without the slightest understanding or recognition of the stellar work that this Pharmacy , and its hard-working Team of established colleagues, have passionately provided , in both Barnes and Sheen, over many years. [ I, for one, have experienced the Pharmacy, for close to 2 decades. And I know of many other people and families with similar experience.] Most recently, without any enforced breaks , throughout the lockdown periods. I would hope that the complaining individuals might also attempt to gather a longer term perspective. Though maybe they never have....
