Staff member very rude and obnoxious, once again incorrect item provided for repeat prescription I have had for over 20 years. Every time new staff are employed they make mistakes.

I would like to thank the Lady who was of great help on The telephone this afternoon. She was also the same when I called In in person for medicine. I have always found staff there happy And helpful. Thank you .
