Hi . It’s more than 9 months trying phone them they never pickup the phone every time go there asked for prescription got to wait 1 hour they are terrible

I am76 and had to get myself to the chemists to order my repeat prescription to be delivered, as impossible to order over the phone as it’s never answered by a human, just a recording saying all lines are busy. I don’t believe this as no matter what time or day I call, it’s always the same no matter how many times I try. So the prescription order was taken, and I was told it would take a week for delivery. Well, the week was up this Tuesday, and I’m still waiting. Tried to call them , but of course,same result as above. This is a terrible service, and I’ve tolerated this each time I need a prescription. Theres no excuse. Someone needs to sort out the problems that they obviously can’t cope with. To say I am angry is putting it mildly!

The opening times on this site is incorrect. Walked all the way to here to find it shut now and no.longer open at the later hours, apparently. Thanks for letting the public know about the new times and that ends a terrible relationship with you guys since I moved here three years ago. Agree with the other reviews, absolutely awful service and seriously needs to improve.
