In my experience of this Pharmacy they can't do enough for you their so good I travel from driffield every month to pick up my .medication because they are brilliant at their jobs and always pleasant when serving you. | ||||||

Having wrote a review 2 months ago I felt compelled to write another one . Some of you may read that review and think oh she had a one off good experience or they were being good to get your custom. Well you would be mistaken . I have been given continued support in a variety of different ways they have continued to go above and beyond for me and I suspect they do with everyone . The Phar most who is the boss actually delivered my tablets later on , on a Friday because I needed them . Sadly (because it doesn’t say a lot about the world we live in ) I’m overwhelmed by the fact they are just nice people who treat you like a human being not just another customer. I even felt comfortable ringing and asking when my Perscriptions would be delivered as I was in pain and needed to lie down and a lovely staff member offered to ring me to wake me up when he was on his way to wake me up . I mean if that sentence doesn’t speak volumes then nothing I wrote will.. if there was some award I could vote them in on I would and I would get many people to as well. Thank you to all of you who deal with me I hope you get the response you deserve after this review. | ||||||

Have tried four other Pharmacies in our area over the last year. All had major service faults. Finally, upon a recommendation I can now state that West Hill Pharmacy is the TOPS! From day one, I visited the shop and was met with a genuine smiling face from the Lady behind the counter, not the usual “Bulldog Chewing a Wasp”, from my previous shops. I was treated very nicely and got exactly what I had gone in for, didn’t get the usual “ Sorry we are out of that, but if you come back in two days we will have it”, what good was that. That was the same at three other Pharmacies, not good service. The Pharmasist was a Lady, who was so sweet, and she really did know her job. I have now signed up for their delivery service. Everyone should change to this Pharmacy as it really is the best in the area. | ||||||
