We’ve been using this prescription service for a few years but I can’t give good reviews as we’ve had prescription items to wait for days as no stock they never answer the phone and keep you waiting in the shop for ages without any communication. This is not a one off problem as many people I know agree. We are going back to sainsburys for the prescription service and better customer service I’m afraid |

Excellent, welcoming and friendly team; the support my family has been getting from the pharmacists and the shop floor team over the years is exceptionally good. Their professionalism on offering help and advice on all aspect of health issues is second to none. I am grateful and appreciative of the ordering and collecting service; it changed my life; takes the stress of running out of medication. We’re very lucky to have a such dedicated team. A massive thank you for all hard work. |

A local service that should be cloned due to the excellent level of customer service evident from the pharmacist to the staff on the shop floor. Willing to listen, advise and support on a huge range of issues. No pressure, no rushing and simple straightforward explanations provided to all customers in a professional and courteous manner and where advice cannot be provided or is outside the scope of their abilities, individuals are directed to the relevant health service as appropriate.
As a health professional myself, I am very impressed with the level of care and attention provided here and feel this should be a model for all community pharmacies - would certainly help alleviate pressure on GP services and reduce A&E attendances as advice provided is well within the scope of their practice .
Have willingly recommended this service for months now and general feedback from friends who have attended for whatever reason has been very positive.
