I live very close to this pharmacy and have used it quite a lot. Staff are very friendly but unfortunately they seem to never have any prescription medication in stock. Everything is always “meant to arrive on the next delivery”, however more often than not it still doesn’t turn up which means long waits and multiple visits. This has been my experience lots of times now. It’s a shame because it’s right near to the drs surgery but I’d say best to avoid and use one of the bigger pharmacies if you don’t want to wait a few days.

Today's visit was the first time I'd encountered the male pharmacist. When I arrived staff were being spoken to by him. He seemed to be telling them off, and was quite confrontational towards them. His tone of voice was awful and one member of staff seemed upset. I felt awkward being there as no-one had noticed I'd come in and so I left. It seemed quite unprofessional and a shame for the staff involved. I will use this pharmacy again as it's just down the road, but I hope I don't have to witness that again.

We were on holiday in Exmouth and visited this pharmacy. Very rude lady pharmacist not helping her staff seems to be bothered by everything. Hope owners read this as customer service needs to be improved in this pharmacy for sure.
