Disgraceful service, repeat medication was missing, I had to wait for missing heart medication, this happened month after month. Staff were standing around talking to each other and leaving customers to wait I arranged for boots to collect my repeat medication, which was suppose to be stress free, all it caused was added stress, with medication being missed month after month, then time was spent on sorting correct medication out and phone calls. I went without heart medication due to there mistake Never again will I use boots on backup road rawtenstall Staff were not bothered or cared about my health or stress caused .
