I'm a elderly woman in my 80s with various medical conditions including arthritis of the hands and mental health problems, I have always had my medication in a dosette box as this makes taking my medication easier as I have poor eyesight , I take 14 different tablets at different times of the day, unfortunately this time it was all separate and the labels are so small I can't read them, I went to the chemist and asked about the dosette box, all the staff and pharmacist were very rude and said we don't do them anymore then the pharmacist said sort your meds yourself or don't that's up to you, it's absolutely disgusting to treat anyone this way let alone the elderly.

You ring and leave a request for medication which they say will be ready in three days, it never is more like one week, some staff are very rude, you go for your medication and are kept waiting, anything up to thirty minutes, service very poor.
