Very good service. Waiting times vary but staff very helpful. Due to demand of products prescription and product deliveries staff rarely have time to ignore customers who do not understand how busy the pharmacy can be. They deal with preparing prescriptions answer phone queries and try to chase prescription orders. They go the extra mile to provide an excellent service. I understand people are busy and time is short but criticism is not helpful if it is negative. Allow time as you may have to wait. Limited customers in the shop puts more pressure on staff. Thank you rainbow for all you do. | ||||||

Today I stood at counter waiting for service with two staff stocking shelves in the back and presumably pharmacist dispensing prescriptions. No one acknowledged my presence and after a period of time which I consider too long for a customer to wait, I left. Speaking to a neighbour who had a similar experience and now chooses to go elsewhere as I will. Very bad customer service. | ||||||
