McCanns is, and has always been, the best pharmacy in the area. The staff care about the customers and do everything they can to make sure that their customers receive the best service and understand what theyre being told with regards to their medication. So far 3 generations of my family have used McCanns pharmacy, despite it not always being the closest place to go. I know that my family will always be able receive the best service and the best advice. Thank you for everything.

I have been using McCanns for over 10 years now and they've gone from strength to strength during this time. The shop itself has been refurbished regularly, making it feel welcoming, clean and organised. They're not afraid of embracing new technology in order to benefit the service they provide their customers with. The staff are excellent, they're always smart and well presented. They are very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in, they always remember my name which makes me feel welcome and valued. This includes the pharmacist who always says hello when they're not rushing around collecting medication in the back. They obviously all work very hard but they still make an effort to speak to you and they have a chat when they can. I've probably had thousands of prescriptions filled by McCanns and I've rarely had a problem. When there has been an issue it has been caused by the doctors surgery making a mistake and McCanns will always work hard to resolve things, liaising with the doctors on my behalf in order to get everything sorted as quickly as possible. McCanns is an excellent place and I refuse to go anywhere else as they really are the best pharmacy in the area. They are an important part of the community and they are vital to a lot of people. I look forward to seeing how they develop in the future and I will continue to be a customer forever!

Been coming here now for many years. Staff here are very friendly and attentive. I collect my repeat prescriptions on a regular basis and they are v helpful if there is a delay at the doctors. Am now even on first name terms with the regular staff as we have gotten to know each other better over time, Great service.
