Terribly rude woman in Boots Pharmacy wisbech today 10th May 11.30am. Unhelpful, rude and we won't be going back in a hurry if that is how you treat people.

During self-isolation due to positive Covid test, Horsefair Farmacy were unhelpful and rude. Firstly they said they will deliver your essential repeat prescription the next day, they didn't. When you ring them they say, they had delivery issues yesterday. No notification on that been received. Then they promise they will deliver your medication the following day. When you ask if they can give roughly time when it will be (just because your medication is to be taken at specific times of the day), they assume you are going out and rudely exclaim - 'you will be home anyway, you can't go out!' How rude! And these people are looking after us.
