The service at this pharmacy has severely gone down hill in the last 12-months. I get a repeat prescription every 2-months from the Drs which is automatically sent (confirmed by GP) and every 2-months I get the same excuses from the staff that “it’s not in the system and the pending ones have been checked”, “it’s the GPs fault”, “it’s not come through” or “they’ve not sent it” and each time I have to spend ages contacting the GP to check, only to find out it has been sent because it’s a repeat that never stops going through. The problem is the Pharmacies in-house systems that don’t operate properly yet even when you complain… and point out to them where there issues are… they’re completely disinterested and do absolutely nothing to try and change. Friends and relatives that have used the Pharmacy say they experience the exact same issues with their prescriptions here too.

Disaster trying to get a prescription.

what has happened to this pharmacy, it used to be very good. now prescriptions get lost, they search everywhere. say not come from gp yet. BUT I BROUGHT IT IN 4 HOURS AGO. too many staff running around like ants in a huff. bring back old staff. i however now go to another pharmacy exceptionall y helpful and caring.
