Compared to the last pharmacy I used for 10 years plus I can genuinely say I’ve had nothing but a quick response. Bearing in mind that there are very few people waiting for prescriptions. I endured waiting for upto an hour plus, at my old pharmacy. So compared to that I can only say I’ve been treated with respect and can only hope this continues…?? Upto now nothing to complain about ?? |

I love this pharmacy, it’s my pharmacy of choice despite not being as close to home as others, the staff are very knowledgable and also friendly, they are always happy to answer any questions. The pharmacy is kept clean and uncluttered, I don’t mind if I have to wait 2 or 3 minutes for my prescription, I am always made to feel welcome. A lovely service all round. |

Bad service, I noticed while often waiting in line that prescriptions are not ready in time, they act like they don't know anything, I checked with my GP the prescription has been sent and I ordered it 4 days in advance. I don't know is it's due to sheer incompetence but you if are on a repeat prescription or you have some important medication you expect more than "we don't know what's happened" with your medication. Sometimes they all sit in the back and can't be bothered to answer the counter. I wish I had another pharmacy nearby otherwise I would never use and recommend that anyone that can avoid Lloyds altogether as this is not the only one with problems.
