when i was stood in a queue there, I heard 2 ladies in front of me say they had called and were advised theyd be contacted wgen it was ready. So why were they queing? sems like the Well company seem to me to expect one member of staff to do the work of 3 people, thats what I saw. I was served swiftly efficiently and with a smile. And most importantly my medication was correct. Theyre lovely in there and dont deserve the critisism. I think some people are just grumpy and impatient . |

Last year changes were made at the pharmacy, which for a while seemed to make a difference. However, the pharmacy has slipped back to an unacceptable standard. This morning the queue wound all round the shop, with never more than one person on the desk at a time. If that person went to look for something, no-one else came. I stood with a prescription in my hand (as did others) for over 20 minutes. When I got to the desk I was told I would have to come back, as it would be an hour's wait. Disgraceful! The same happened to the lady in front of me, and when she said she had been standing in a queue for nearly half an hour already, the assistant barked at her "there are only so many of us you know!" A gentleman behind me in the queue gave up, and said he was going, even though this was the third time he had been this week to find the same huge queue. This pharmacy is a joke. |

I can not recommend this pharmacy highly enough. After a very confusing start for me due to a lot of prescribed long term medication after a significant life changing trauma the staff at this pharmacy have helped me no end with short timescale requests when I ran out, to setting up dosset boxes and deliveries to minimise the disruption to our family. They are compassionate, professional and have become a massive part of my life over the last four years. Nothing has been too much. Certain staff members specifically as well as the rest of the team have helped me so much and I will always be grateful to them, explaining proceedures and the medication prescribed as well as personal support when I felt it became too much.
