Never have medication in stock even monthly meds are never ready staff rude and not helpful at all you can stand at counter and be ignored why they pass you by or merrily have a chat in the back terrible chemist | ||||||

Poor poor service especially if have drugs delivered frequently have to chase up orvthey deliver late, too late when run out. And if run out you can still wait more days to deliver. Poor management, inefficient, not sure why they are so bad at this. Even before had delivery service (paid for) they frequently didn't have vital meds when needed them. Still had delays its just worse with delivery. Pity Boots use to have great reputation. | ||||||
