Poor customer service. On several occasions queuing for over 40 minutes just to be told there is no stock. Staff unhelpful and work at a snails pace, more interested in talking amongst themselves as opposed to helping those the other side of the counter. | ||||||

I believe that management of this pharmacy should be changed. it seems that some members of staff do work hard and some not.
It is obvious that some members of staff do smoke, which I believe is not appropriate and does not show much respect towards customers. | ||||||

I would like to raise my concerns regarding poor customer service I observed on my visit in this pharmacy. There was one foreign lady trying to express herself and staff was unhelpful. I wanted to speak with manager, was told is not available. I was thinking that pharmacies are out there to help out everybody regardless country they are coming from. | ||||||
