I have just had my shopping delivered and only was given half of it by the driver I can not get in touch with the store there number is just voice activated an cuts the call once said the message I don’t want a refund I want the rest of my shopping was over half a hr late as it is now got half the stuff absolutely terrible store!!!!!

I CAME TO THE STORE THIS MORNING AFTER A 15 HOUR NIGHT SHIFT ON AN ADVAMCED DEMENTIA UNIT, AND ONE OF THE SECURITY STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDETO ME AND SEARCHED MY BAGS INFRONT OF SHOPPERS INSTEAD OF DOING IT PRIVATLY, JUST BECAUSE THEY COULDNT SEE TWO ITEMS IN MY BAGS, THEY THOUGHT I HAD STOLEN THEM AND I HAD NOT, BOTH BOXES OF IMODIUM WAS ON THE RECIEPT AND THE BRA AND KNICKERS I PUT BACK AS THEY WERE BOTH DIFFERENT SIZES ON THE HANGERS TO WHAT THE ACTUAL GARMENT LABEL WAS, THE MIXED RACE WOMAN I HAVE KNOWN FROM WHEN I USED TO WORK AT THE STORE MYSELF MANY YEARS AGO, SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME WHEN I USED TO WORK THERE AND WAS RACIST ASWELL DUE TO ME DATING A MAN OF COLOUR AT THE TIME AND SAID IM A WHITE GIRL TAKING THEIR MEN, HER ATTITUDE BACK THEN AND HER FRIENDS WHAT WAS THE CAUSE OF ME LEQVING CHECKOUTS QND GOING TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT FOR LEVING, EVERY TIME I COME TO THE STORE I GET DIRTY LOOKS FROM HER SO TODAYS DIRTY LOOK WAS NOTHING NEW, BUT FOR HER TO SAY OUT LOUD TO THE WOMAN AT THE CHECKOUT THAT WHEN I COME THROUGH THE CHECKOUT SHE HAD TO LOOK IN MY BAG WAS BANG OUT OF ORDER AND THEN AFTER I HAD PAID FOR EVERYTHING AND FINISHED [ACKING MY BAGS AT THE END OF THE CHECKOUT THY BOTH CAME OVER AND SEARCHED MY BAGS, CHECKED THE RECIEPT INFRONT OF OTHER SHOPPERS AND WAS QUITE LOUD ABOUT IT, WHICH THEN CAUSED COMMENTS FROM OTHER SHOPPERS, I EVEN TOLD THEM THREE TIMES WHERE I PUT THE UNDERWEAR WHEN I TOOK IT BACK BEFORE THEY LEFT ME ALONE, I UNDERSTnd security have a job to do, as well as a senior care worker I also hold a valid Sia licence, but the mixed race woman did it on purpose this morning and im disgusted and will not ever come back in the store, I will also be writing this in a letter and sending it to the store manger themselves, it was embarrassing to be so loud before I even got served, and then to search my trolley and bags infant of everyone when they should have taken me to one side or into the security office and done it is disgusting, ! hope ur happy with that, im so embarrassed I sat and cried before I was able to even write this

I went into the pharmacy whilst shopping to pick up some pain killers for my wife who has a reoccurring dental abcess. She had this around 8 months ago to which the dentist recommended if it came back to take nurofen plus with paracetamol. I asked the pharmacist for the smallest packet they did to last her until a dentist appointment in the week as this was a saturday. This would prevent us having to go to a walk in centre or a&e. She asked who its for, why she needed it , when she was seeing the doctor etc and said because she was already taking ibuprofen she cant have them, which is nonsense as she would just not take ibuprofen because nurofen plus already has ibuprofen in it. I was totally fobbed off by the pharmacist. I then walked into the boots next door who were happy to assist giving advice to make sure she stopped the ibuprofen before taking nurofen plus. I will not return to this pharmacy again.
