Yet again, this chemist has let us down regarding the repeat prescription service they offer. A number of times, they have missed items off or have not even put in for any medications. Then you are told to come back at a certain time, much later in the day, then unfortunately when you go back the time they have told you, you have to wait again whilst they wait for your doctors to sign the prescription. And today, this has happened yet again and they still did not get the full prescription correct and have only got 1 medication instead of the 3 different types needed. These are potentially life saving medications. 'Little' things, such as not receiving the promised text to let you know that the prescription is ready to be collected can be overlooked or you do receive a text and they can't find your prescription or medications and are told to come back later whilst they look. But what can not be overlooked when you have to take medicines and they have not even ordered the prescription from the doctors even though the month before they asked you what will you require next time. This is a service that they offer, a service that was to be easier for customers, unfortunately, again they have failed.
