I phoned 111 for my medication they told Me that they had put an emergency request in to the pharmacy for my medication as I couldn’t get through to my doctors the pharmacist Rozina was VERY RUDE and DISMISSIVE! I explained I had no anxiety medication all weekend I’m very anxious I’ve had NO MEDICATION ALL WEEKEND but rozina did not want to help or give me any other advice other then going into the doctors if you suffer with anxiety how I do then you would understand it isn’t as easy as just walking into the doctors when you suffer with anxiety. Disgusting attitude I will never use tesco pharmacy again!

every time i go to pick up my order they can never find it when in this friday to collect and was not there they said they have not collected from my doctors yet and would do so friday afternoon but it would not be ready for collection till monday i when back in today and they said they have still not collected it and would collect today come back at 5 o'clock as i work monday to friday i have taken time out of work to come and collect my order and they just don't care about there customers i have today set an account up with another pharmacy hopefully they will have better customer service
