very rude, loud, disrespectful staff members who regularly blame customers for handing in their prescriptions there. they exploit the fact that the sick can't answer back and that they are next door to a doctors surgery. i have used it many times as i was forced to because of its location. i find every other chemists in Hastings polite and caring and very helpful.
