We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I have been using this pharmacy for over five years and have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I don't understand why people are saying that it is rubbish, because nearly every time I go to get my repeat prescription there are no problems. ok so the staff have to look up and find it for you, but that is just the way they do it. and when people ring the health centre for a repeat script and it isn't in the chemist by the time they call ln, it is usually down to the health centre having it in their box for collection at their front desk.. I can only think of one occasion that I was messed about, and that was when there was a locum chemist there who was serving people in front of me, but I have not seen them there since. one of the staff even told them that they were not being very professional, which was a very fair comment. This place is a joke you ring up and order your medication and they say it will be ready the following week you turn up to pick up and its never ready. All they seem to do is say its the receptions fault they havent rang it through you go to the reception and they say its the pharmacys who havent rang the order through bare in mind this aint the first time this has happened to me. Its a joke this place needs serious help then you have to sit there for at least 20 min for an emergency order an to top it off the member of staff behind the counter in the pharmacy is really rude their response to me was i dont care what the reception told you its not ready no sorry or anything Rude horrible person needless to say i am not happy. No matter when you call to place a repeat prescription request, you are always told that it will not be ready until the following week, and even then you have to wait around when going in to pick it up. Really inconvenient. Original Comment Report...
