Very untidy shop, pharmacist is different every week, usually ignorant. Prescriptions always take a week or more to be ready and items missing. Electronic ordering system does not work. Terrible customer service. If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst pharmacy I have ever used, I go elsewhere now. i stopped going into this pharmacy ages ago because of the majority of the staff were rude but had to go there today as the other place didn’t have what i needed. Was hoping maybe things had got better but unfortunately not. People waiting for their medicine one lady said that she’d waited twenty minutes which is what it is but there’s no customer relation no apology. I only wanted to buy something off the shelf and once the people had gone the member of staff just went off i had to ask to be served but there was no friendliness or apologies. Maybe it’s a lack of staff members but they could still be friendly and polite obviously will not be going there again.
