Visited this pharmacy for a prescription, staffs were friendly. I had to wait for my prescription for about 15-20mins. I was surprised to see that for a small pharmacy it was really a busy one. Looked like they could have more staffing to deal with it. Overall, the staffs were friendly and helpful. This pharmacy is friendly, kind and will go beyond the norm to help you.
When my mum was alive they were able to help with providing necessary drugs at very short notice and equipment, which made a very stressful time a lot easier. They would also provide a repeat prescription promptly if one had been forgotten.
Now it is the turn of my dad that needs a little care. They have been marvellous in delivering and also contacting me to check where to deliver his prescriptions.
They really know their regular clients very well and the types of medication they require.
Well done Grovelands for making my life a little easier by being so helpful and kind. It makes a big difference when you have a busy hectic life. | ||||||
