No option nor any facility to be connected to Tesco pharmacy. Ridiculous service. I did not visit the store. This was a telephone call but again no option nor a facility provided in the question below to reflect my mode of shopping.

We moved to tesco pharmacy because it was closer to us But i am disappointed with the way my wife was treated yesterday our surgery sent her prescription to you electronically but when she arrived for it she was told not here yet come back tomorrow which was today So she came back today and was told still not here come back later anyway while she was waiting another woman was waiting also for her prescription but after a while they found her prescription and the others womans prescription as well so i am saying the staff should know where the prescriptions are at all time they need a shake up also i have gone back to my old pharmacy

The member of staff at the front is good, always helpful. The pharmacists various ones can be very slow keeping you waiting twice even when you come back they are still very slow - no urgency - no concern for speed - needs more hands on staff- in time it has hot extremely busy sometimes 6-8 people just waiting - much too long when you have other things to do.- Please change make more efficient...
