Twice now I have been told that they have not received my prescription. Having gone back to doctors and the receptionist having phoned up the pharmacy they suddenly find it. Was told the last time 'oh we thought it was an electronic one, not a paper one', as if that should make a difference. Always have to wait for prescription to be made up, despite them having had it for days. Counter staff told me to take my medication 3 times a day when I asked. Luckily the pharmacist overheard as it all had to be taken at the same time each day.
