We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

The worst customer service anywhere in consett, there are usually two staff who serve you, but over a year just been one woman, she is discriminative and rude and puts you down in front of customers, she doesn't care if other people hear. When all that, after belittling me in front of customers, when the customer behind me laughed at me, the woman serving me laughed too, customers' prescriptions were openly and loudly discussed at the counter in front of anyone else waiting. I know there is supposed to be a private room but this option was not offered to me, she needs retraining and reminded that she is breaking all privacy laws.

After trying three other pharmacies in the area,i finally tried Well pharmacy,the service is good ,helpful friendly staff pleasant environment,been with them for fifteen months now,can`t fault this service ! Original Comment Report...
