I have visited the Beeston Hill Al-Shafa pharmacy today as my 7 year old daughter had a lot of pain around her gums. She was in a lot of pain so I decided to leave her at home after giving her some Calpol for the pain. The pharmacist advised that I would need to bring my daughter with me. I explained that she was in pain and this is the reason I had not brought her with me. The pharmacist stated that she has to be with me as this was part of terms of the scheme. She finally agreed to give me some Bonjela after about 20mins only to then state that she has none in stock.
I went to a nearby pharmacy who gave me Bonjela and ibuprofen, they advised that they used their professional judgment to give me the medicines which the pharmacist at Al-Shafa could have done. I will not be using this pharmacy again. | ||||||

After the outstanding treatment offered by the Al-Shafa pharmacy on Dewsbury Rd ...Al-Shafa became my automatic preferred pharmacy when opening a more convenient location on Beeston Hill .....Having used this outlet almost weekly since opening ...My observations are warm friendly welcoming staff who listen are open trusting & understanding ...Sometimes I do not need to book an appointment with the Drs I can consult with the pharmacist team & they can sort my repeat prescriptions ...Gee there were times I could not even get out of the house feeling blighted by illness & they would deliver my meds to me with a smile For me that smile was as much apart of the treatment factors Or if I suspect a more minor ailment ?..For me it can be quicker & easier to speak with the pharmacist.....I believe more & more Drs are empowering pharmacists to deal with minor ailments as they are already trained in the field.....In Summary to be fair I would say There may or may not appear opposing reviews? However Each & everyone of us has the right to our own opinions based on our frame of experience or reference That is a fact! I have found the lights on long hours 7 days a week & always a welcome A 5 star service to me deserves 5 star loyalty I feel qualified to enter this review based on service since opening Thank You Al-Shafa Team ....for me you have been the best....for that I offer my respect Thank You | ||||||
