Poor customer service and unable to provide prescription medicines in a timely measure.

I passed tesco quickly to pick up a prescription. Upon arriving I was told the waiting time will be 10 minutes. I gave the lady my prescription and sat and waited. After waiting for 15 minutes I was then told that only half of my prescription can be issues and to come back and collect the rest another day. This should have been confirmed with me before the prescription was put threw but it wasn't. When I asked her why she continued to issue the prescription if she doesn't have the full stock she said thats what they do! No they don't! I can make it back to the same tesco so now I have to miss out on half of course of antibiotics. When I then asked foe the staffs names involved they refused. No one was wearing a name badge except from one person which still couldn't be visibly seen. Im really unwell and don't need to be up and down for a prescription I could of got in full from another pharmacy. They seem like there more interested in the money rather than the care of customers!
