If you live outside Leeds, York, Wakefield or Harrogate, we will use Royal Mail to deliver your medication in plain, discreet packaging. We’ll let you know when we despatch your medicines and Royal Mail may send you an email or text message on the day of delivery to let you know when your parcel will arrive.

The Living Care pharmacy in Alwoodley Medical Centre Saxon Mount has staff that are very rude and unhelpful especially a young lady with an attitude problem that works there .They have a poor customer care starting with their main pharmacist. I was given the wrong prescription and realised it only when I got home . I was told that I had to get another prescription from the GP and that I would not be refunded and would have to pay again. Apparently the medication was out of stock and instead of contacting me to ask if another alternative could be used , they just issued something for me which was a medication that I had a bad experience with. There was no apology and not even an attempt to order in the correct medication for me. As there was no refund, I had paid for something that I couldn’t use .

A lovely pharmacy, the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The pharmacist is so very helpful and understanding and they always have my prescription ready on time.
The pharmacy itself is always very tidy and everything is laid out so well making it very easy to find what I need. My last visit this week had to be made in a hurry, so having everything to hand made my quick visit so much easier. Original Comment Report...
