Went to pick up my 28 day meds today they should have been ready for collection yesterday. The assistant who served me is very helpful but they must learn to stop defending the indefensible. Each time I have gone to collect my meds they are never ready first time they blamed the doctor second time they hadn't ordered the prescription and had to phone the doctor to arrange an emergency prescription so they could dispense my blood pressure tablets this time I was told that my last prescription was dispensed on 28th March it was actually dispensed on 14th Mar (28 Days) . I used my last tablets on 10th April. I have decided now to arrange for my repeat prescriptions myself even though it means 1/2 day off work to collect script and meds I know I will get them. I have used this pharmacy for several years without any problems. As I said they are no longer for me and I definitely cannot recommend them to any other patients. Well at Timperley village are my main chemist! I do have chemists closer to my home but I love this branch! The staff are down to earth, extremely helpful and very kind! They have always been very sensitive and non-prying whenever I receive a prescription I'm embarrassed about! The staff are wonderful! Taken 2phone calls +3 visits to get a regular monthlyprescription which is supposed to be done electronically. Always it's the GPS fault. Went to collect yesterday + it was just waiting for labels!!!! Aswas 3 other customers in a very long Que!!! Went to collect today at 10.30 no pharmacist so couldn't give it me. Had to phone to see if pharmacist had arrive---- 11am. Why offer a service if you carnt deliver!!!! | ||||||
