I have been left without an essential part of my regular prescription via the pharmacy and it is New Years Eve. It was mentioned by them to try another Chemist. The buses stopped their services at 6.00pm from where I live. I explained I didn’t have a car. Neither is there anyone to call on for help in getting me to another Chemist.(my family do not live here and a friend doesn’t have a car.) I was not informed by the pharmacy when they would have this medication in and neither was I given a receipt for what is owed. It is so easy to say try another Chemist but not all of us have cars and even help from others including our families if they are not living here. Also without the medication there can be side effects.

This chemist as changed so much . The service is vey slow . I wish the old staff would come back. I won’t go back,my son will go for me .
